Description
With the lever you replicate the profile of a traditional lever; with the button you get the constant pressure of a semiautomatic. The dials let you open and close the pressure by hand during the extraction: you pre-infuse at low pressure and push at the heart. Reference dose 18–20 g, 36–40 g yield.
Use and maintenance
The same discipline as a classic E61: daily backflush, periodic descaling (3–6 months), care of gaskets and basket guards. The two boilers simplify steam maintenance because they do not share the circuit with the extraction.
