The reference of the used and entry-premium market: a 64 mm flat burr, consistent grinding and a price, especially used, unbeatable in the range. It is the first grinder many move to after a cheap conical.

Specifications
| Burrs | Flat, 64 mm |
|---|---|
| Use | Espresso (also long-dose filter) |
| Dosing | By hand / dose control with hopper |
| Particle | Fine, suitable for espresso |
| Noise | High (powerful motor) |
Description
The 64 mm flat burr guarantees particle uniformity: grains of different sizes, which ruin the extraction, are less frequent. For espresso you work in small increments (one click at a time) starting from a medium grind and adjusting based on the extraction time.
Use and maintenance
Clean the burrs weekly with a brush and, every 2–3 months, a disassembly to remove the residual coffee oil. Do not keep coffee in the hopper for more than a few days.
